Volunteer at The Giving Workshop
Help us bring The Giving Workshop to life on Saturday, December 5, 2026 during the Sienna Giving Tree at Club Sienna.
The Giving Workshop gives children the opportunity to independently shop for meaningful gifts for the people they love while supporting Give Grace and our Comfort Kit program for women facing a breast cancer diagnosis.
Whether you have a couple of hours to help us set up, want to serve during the event or can help us pack everything up at the end of the night, we would love to have you on our volunteer team.
Choose Your Volunteer Team
Setup Team
1:00–4:00 PM
Help us prepare The Giving Workshop before the event begins. Volunteers will assist with setting up merchandise, shopping and wrapping areas, signage and other final preparations.
Event Team
3:30–8:30 PM
Serve during The Giving Workshop and help wherever support is needed throughout the evening.
Possible roles may include helping children shop for gifts, wrapping gifts, welcoming guests, distributing flyers, monitoring hallways, assisting with checkout or payment stations, supporting the Ornament Pull, helping with pedestrian flow, restocking merchandise and other event support.
Event Team volunteers will receive their specific assignments at volunteer check-in and may be asked to help in different areas throughout the evening.

Giving Workshop volunteer T-shirt
Chick-fil-A boxed meal
Event Team volunteers will also have the option to shop The Giving Workshop from 8:00–8:30 PM, while remaining merchandise is available.
Teardown Team
8:30–10:00 PM
Help us wrap up the evening by packing remaining merchandise and supplies, breaking down event areas, collecting signage and helping with cleanup.
Volunteer Service Hours
High school students are welcome to volunteer, and Give Grace can verify volunteer service hours upon request.
No previous experience is needed. We will provide instructions and volunteer assignments when you arrive.
