Our Board
Kelly Conner – Founder and Executive Director
Kelly founded Give Grace after her own experience with breast cancer and a desire to offer comfort, strength, and faith-filled encouragement to women facing the same diagnosis. She is also the owner of Generosity, a small business built around thoughtfully curated gifts. Through a continuing partnership with Give Grace, a portion of Generosity sales supports the nonprofit’s programs. Guided by her journey of survivorship and years of leadership in retail, Kelly brings both professional expertise and personal compassion to Give Grace and is committed to creating a community where no woman walks through breast cancer alone.
Jaime McKenzie – Chair
Jaime brings both business expertise and a heart for ministry to the Give Grace board. She and Kelly worked together for many years and even lived on the same street after moving to Houston, forming a friendship built on shared faith and drive. Jaime has witnessed Kelly’s determination and the way God has guided the creation of Give Grace, and she is delighted to help lead the organization’s mission of providing comfort and strength to women facing a breast cancer diagnosis. After stepping away from the corporate world, Jaime now serves on staff at her church in Richboro, Pennsylvania.
Amanda Calhoun – Treasurer
Amanda met Kelly and Jaime in the business world and soon became both friend and colleague. She was inspired by Kelly’s strength during her cancer journey and by the faith calling behind Give Grace, which echoed her own work founding the Bailey Center for Special Needs. As Executive Director and co-founder of Families Embracing Autism Together (FEAT) and the Bailey Center in Southside Virginia, Amanda is honored to serve as Treasurer and help Give Grace bring comfort and strength to women facing a breast cancer diagnosis.
Tonya Jenkins – Secretary
Tonya has been close friends with Kelly since high school and credits their friendship with encouraging her to step outside her comfort zone. Their careers have often moved in parallel, and Tonya is excited to join Give Grace as their paths align again. She works for an organization with a nonprofit component and oversees a surgery center, where she has seen how healthcare workers often put their own preventive care last. Tonya is passionate about supporting healthcare professionals and all women facing breast cancer and is pleased to serve as Secretary for Give Grace.
Karen Harrell – Director
Karen is Kelly’s mother and a constant source of spiritual encouragement. During Kelly’s breast cancer treatments she sent a Bible verse before every appointment, surrounding her with prayer and reminding her she was never alone. That same spirit of comfort and strength is at the heart of Give Grace’s mission, and Karen is proud to serve alongside the women who represent every part of Kelly’s life to help share that assurance with others facing a breast cancer diagnosis.
